In Vibra Bonita we care for the safety and harmony of our guests, so we want to inform you about the policies of our accommodation:
*We do not support practices that promote sexual exploitation of children and adolescents. For this reason, sexual tourism inside this lodging is totally forbidden. If such a situation occurs, we reserve the right to cancel the reservation, without the right to a refund.
*For any reason we do not allow the entry of minors who are not accompanied by their parents or legal guardians.
*All minors must be accompanied by their parents or a responsible adult, in case of not being the legal guardian must present a letter of approval notarized by the parents always with the respective identity document. In case of not having these requirements it is not possible to enter the property with minors.
*During your stay you can receive companions, who must present their original ID and will be registered upon arrival.
*Maximum capacity is 12 people as described in the listing.
*Smoking is NOT permitted inside the house. The permitted smoking area in the property is outdoors, including the swimming pool.
*In case of non-compliance with this rule we will call your attention, but if you continue to violate this rule, we will charge a fine of 500 USD.
*NO excessive noise is allowed after 11:00 pm until 8:00 am. No parties or events are allowed inside the property.

*It is NOT allowed to take professional videos or photos inside the property or in the common areas, without previous permission.
*At Casa Selva, we strive to offer you an impeccable experience. Our attentive host, Ander, takes care daily to keep the house, the pool area, the jacuzzi, and the garden immaculate for your maximum comfort and enjoyment. Additionally, he organizes the rooms only upon receiving your confirmation with the "Please Come In" sign. Your comfort is our number one priority permission.
*Inappropriate behavior in the common areas of the accommodation (drug use, damage to property, fights or violence, sexual acts) is NOT allowed and a fine of 500 USD will be charged.
*For safety reasons, the pool may not be used during thunderstorms.
*Nudism is NOT allowed.
*It is NOT recommended or allowed to enter the pool while intoxicated.
*It is NOT allowed inside the pool the consumption of beverages in glass containers.
*It is forbidden to contaminate the water with unhygienic practices, refrain from using the pool people diagnosed with skin diseases, wounds, bandages, respiratory diseases and symptoms of COVID.
Every day between 8:00 and 9:00 our pool attendant will enter the property to do the proper maintenance and cleaning of the pool.
By booking I declare that I am responsible for the penalty in case of not following the rules of the property.
